Situation Room joins PC and mobile participants in a boardroom environment. The focus is on collaboration and sharing. Voice communication is supported on all platforms. Participants can snap photos from their device cameras and upload as Polaroids into the common space to share ideas or illustrations. Anyone can rearrange the snapshots on the wall. Users can take notes live during the meeting, visible to everyone.
